Accessibility Statement

The pages on all Staffordshire Media web sites are regularly tested to ensure that they remain within international Accessibility guidelines.

R.N.I.B. Audit

In January 2003, David King was employed at Dudley College and had that web site audited by the Royal National Institute of the Blind. The audit was successfully completed at the end of February 2003 and it is still the only school, college or university web site to be "See It Right" accredited. David has since left the college and now works for Staffordshire Media. The college web site is no longer accessible.

All graphics used on this and any Staffordshire Media web site should have meaningful alternative text, for both screen readers and users who place their mouse cursor over a graphic. Where non-English words are used, these are indicated in the page code to activate a screen reader to use that language.

Our web sites also use Adobe Acrobat® files and Flash® files. More information on how we use these formats are detailed elsewhere.
